1.. use drip system to provide water directly to the plants that need it

2.. use a soaker system to provide water to an area that needs it.

3.. learn how to keep the lawn watering below ground.

4.. mulch mulch mulch   conservers and reduces water lose.

5.. water in zones

6.. water in early am  10 min max
