Hi Jane,
Sorry to hear you are having problems.
Registration should not be a problem for you.
Did you fill out the registration info?
if you did and if you click ok, you should have gotten a notice telling you that you will get an email and to click to activate your registration.

Please tell me if you got through any of the above or if not just what did you do.
