BEDBUG or BED BUG

BEDBUGS or BED BUGS  which to use?

Recently I've been told by several differen t folks re the spelling of one of my recent EBooks.. The BUG FREE  BED

I think it is currently spilt 50/50

Some folks have told me that it is spelled as one wodrd as in BEDBUG while others have told me that it is two words as in BED BUG.

What do you think?

I belive it is two words as with most spellings because entomolgists say that the correct way to spell insects is as follows:

Bed bugs are true bugs in the order Hemiptera. When the insect name correctly identifies the order to which it belongs, it is spelled as two words... house fly. But if the insects common name includes an inaccurate descriptor of the insect order. it is spelled as a single word...dragonfly  (it is not a tru fly), whitefly, inchworm, pillbug.. none of which are flys, worms or bugs.
