Recently I read where a Judge in Fla said

that he asked whether or not Americans who fought a tax on imported tea in the 1770's would have authoized Congess in the 1780's to mandate tea purchases.

I would like to note that the rallying cry o the American Revolutio was not No Taxation but rather No Taxation without representation!

BIg difference.

Congress represents the voters, regarding tea or military service or insurance.

That same judgew said the consistition does not mention the word insurance and therefor is unconsititional?

So basicaly a florida judge distorted the law in stricking down healthcare reform and the tea partiers also need a histiry lesson!
